PLAYSPORT: FLAG AMERICAN FOOTBALL
Flag football brings all the fun of the sport you see in the NFL to a non-contact environment swapping out the pads and helmets for flags. This is suitable for all abilities, all shapes and sizes and all genders. You’ll learn the basics of the sport and key tactics to help improve your skills in a low pressure & fun environment.
WHEN: Fridays at 16:30-18:30 starting from 29th September 2023.
